The world tells women that midlife is a slow fade — a decline we’re supposed to resist with anti-aging serums, restrictive diets, and endless lists of what we “should” be doing.
But what if midlife isn’t a breakdown? What if it’s actually a becoming?
That question wouldn’t leave me alone.
After two decades in high-powered corporate roles, raising triplet sons, and navigating my own early perimenopause brought on by chronic stress and burnout, I discovered something profound: women aren’t craving more advice. We’re craving rhythm. Permission. Deep insight. True sovereignty over our own bodies and lives.
We want to feel strong, think clearly, and connect with who we are becoming — not desperately cling to who we used to be.
That’s why I created The Jubili
Think of it as the ritual of reinvention — a quiet celebration of becoming that’s grounded in renewal, rhythm, and authentic radiance. This is for women 40+ who are ready to rewrite the wellness rules, trading hustle for harmony, fleeting trends for lasting truth, and chronic burnout for sustainable balance.
The Jubili represents four pillars of transformation:
01. The Renewal — Reclaiming your energy, purpose, and perspective
02. The Reinvention — Reimagining how you live, age, and lead
03. The Rhythm — Establishing daily rituals and seasonal alignment
04. The Radiance — Cultivating vitality that reflects how you feel
01. I’m a certified Functional Health Coach and Integrative Health Practitioner — but my deepest expertise comes from the journey of healing myself first. Real transformation begins with personal experience, not just credentials.
02. I spent 20+ years building what looked like a successful corporate career — until I discovered that achievement without vitality is hollow. True success requires both professional fulfillment and physical well-being.
03. I hit perimenopause early due to chronic burnout and relentless stress.
That wake-up call became my greatest teacher and the driving force behind creating The Jubili. Our biggest challenges become our most powerful catalysts.
04. I believe in the marriage of science and intuition — rigorous data, lab work, and evidence-based protocols are essential, but so are joy, meaningful ritual, natural rhythm, and the wisdom that emerges when we turn inward.
05. I created The Jubili to be the sanctuary I desperately needed but couldn’t find — a space that’s calm, thoughtfully curated, and designed specifically for women who are ready to begin again with both knowledge and self-compassion.
06. I find my deepest peace in life’s simple rhythms — slow mornings with intention, a clean and organized kitchen, curated music, and the quiet clarity that comes from genuine introspection.
